Preventative health care – Our clinic promotes preventative medicine and recommends annual health checks and vaccinations, and regular worming and flea control.

Radiology (x-rays) -we have a very good x-ray machine that provides us with excellent images.

General surgery -Sterilization and a wide range of soft tissue surgery is performed in our well equipped theatre

Dentistry -Last year we acquired a brand new dental scaler and polisher. With this we are able to offer dental checks and if necessary cleaning and polishing of the teeth under anaesthetic.

In House Laboratory – we have a full in house lab that enables us to get quick and accurate blood results at a price competitive to the external laboratories.

Dispensary – We stock most of the medications necessary for treating your pet – if you need a repeat prescription please give us at least 24hrs notice to get your treatments ready.

Endoscopy – We have the use of the equine endoscopes for scoping the oesophagus and stomach

Full hospital facilities – We have plenty of kennel space to house your pets when they come for surgery or if they are ill and need hospitalisation.

Caring Handlers – Our Vet assistants are well instructed in gentle and careful handling of your pet, so you can be assured that your pet is in safe hands.

Specialist referrals – St Heliers Specialist Veterinary Centre is next door to our clinic, and many of our patients have benefitted from referrals to a specialist for surgery, further medical workup, ultrasounds, and cancer therapy.

Continuing Professional Development – Our vets regularly attend courses and evening talks to keep them up to date with the lastest information and products. Our reception staff are trained to give advise regarding fleas, worms and appropriate diets for your pets.
